Eligibility
- Exchange or return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible.
- Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible unless defective or incorrect.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days.
- If the replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Return & Refund Process
- Approved returns must be sent back following the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
